Descripción
Es una combinación a dosis elevadas de los factores neurotrópicos más importantes del complejo B. El favorable efecto analgésico y neuroregenerativo de los mencionados componentes del complejo vitamínico B se conoce desde hace largo tiempo y está demostrado en la clínica y en la medicina práctica.
La combinación de los factores B muestra a menudo un efecto terapéutico muy superior al de cada uno de ellos por separado, lo cual es ventajoso especialmente cuando existe un trastorno grave e interesa lograr un resultado rápido. Se caracteriza, así pues, por su acción normalizadora del metabolismo neuronal, analgésica y regenerante neuromuscular.
Indicaciones terapéuticas
Polineuritis de origen atóxico y tóxico, neuralgias, como la del trigémino intercostal, ciática, síndrome cervical, síndrome húmero-braquial, estado consecutivo a operaciones de discos intervertebrales, neuritis radiculares por afecciones degenerativas del raquis; neuritis de amputación y dolores ilusorios o fantasmas; herpes zoster, paresias del facial.
Contraindicaciones
Sensibilidad al medicamento. Policitemia rubra vera. Policitemia de altura (hipóxica).
Reacciones secundarias y adversas
Disnea, shock anafiláctico. Ataque de gota (muy ocasionalmente).
Dosis y vía de administración
Se aplica sobre todo en inyección intramuscular.
En casos graves: 1 ampolla diaria.
Una vez desaparecidos los síntomas agudos y dolorosos y en casos leves: 2 a 3 ampollas por semana.
